8 months

I started this blog at the four month mark into newlywed land. Eight months ago we said, "I DO!"…Last month, I chatted about how not everyday is marital bliss. And seriously, ya’ll about 3-4 months in, we argued and disagreed on it all. I started to actually wonder how people stayed married for so long; no lie.

Something has changed though. Not everyday is perfect by any means, but we seem to have found our groove, ya'll. It’s awesome. I don’t even know how to explain it but its better. Like  way  better. It’s the way I "envisioned" marriage to be for the most part.

I love my dude. He makes me laugh like all.the.time. He’s a great "daddy" to our furbaby and he makes a killer omelet (I love me some eggs, people). Plus, I find him to be pretty cute and well, he’s just my Jason. We’re a team, he’s my partner. All that jazz…

Every couple is different (ain’t that the truth) and you def will hit rough patches from time to time, but it’s surviving those patches together that really show what kind of couple you are together. I think we’re doing just fine. Thankyouverymuch!
