I am. Twenty-nine.When and more importantly, how, did this happen?
{Margarona on my birthday. Mucho deserved.} |
As you know, Jason and I celebrated my last birthday in my twenties in Las Vegas, last week. It was an awesome, awesome time! I know the typical "thing" to do is go to Vegas {or somewhere cray} for the big 3-0, but I wanted to say good-bye to the twenties my own way.
We ate, drank and were merry. It was a great time and I'd love a vacation from...vacation. Also, it was c.o.l.d. And we took a city bus and I was afraid someone was going to cut me. Hubster called me a princess but I'm fo' real, the bus was scurry. And crowded.
But seriously, a great time was had and my husband is amazing for making the trip even happen. I'll share more soon...
XOXO,
Nichole
Happy 2-9! You're going to have a fab year.
ReplyDeletePublic buses in big cities are the worst! We took a bus in Boston to get to a Red Sox game and I thought I was going to be violated. Crazy creepy.
Happy 29! I know it's cliche, but it really does get better when you're in your 30s :) I feel much more me at this age than I have at any other point in my life.
ReplyDeleteAw happy 29th! I'll be 30 in June and I'm not sure how I feel about it. I mean, I'm not nervous or scared or upset that I'm turning 30, it's just more...bizarre that I'm that old!
ReplyDeleteWHOOP WHOOP! Happy 29th...now I feel old. Just kidding. :)
ReplyDeleteI seriously want to go to Vegas before I'm 30, but hey that's in April so not happening lol! Glad you got to go :-)
ReplyDeletehappy birthday!! :)
