Working for the weekend...

Phew! What.a.weekend! I worked at Cross Creek Ranch this past Friday & Saturday helping set up some bea-utiful weddings! I hadn't worked in a few weeks and was seriously wiped afterward

Friday's wedding:

225 guest; 25 tables to set. Very pretty but lots of work! For way better photos, check out Emilee's blog post here!

Friday's dinner:

Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken made from this recipe over salad (romaine, tomato, cukes and blue cheese crumbles). Very  easy and I'm so glad I thought to make this ahead of time, Friday since I was pooped after work!

Saturday's wedding:

I'm not real sure why but my camera phone didn't work well this past weekend. I am in love with Saturday's wedding, though. You'll have to check out Emilee's post to see better photos. It was romantic, personal, vintage and sweet all at once. I loved the mis-matched china! ::sigh:: can I get a wedding #2?

After work, I was supposed to head over to Lauren's for her scentsy party but got out of work later than I planned and couldn't make it. I was bummed and really looking forward to it. I did end up going out with some friends that night for dinner and drinks, though. Sorry, no photos were taken. I'm a bad blogger.

Sunday was spent catching up with a friend, clipping coupons and meal planning (I really need to get back into the swing of things!). Oh and catching up on Grey's. Did anyone else feel awkward when Yang cried?! I felt bad for her...

How was your weekend?

  1. That salad sounds so good. I am seriously counting the days until chicken goes on sale at Publix! Please be soon!!! And I plan to make about 15lbs of shredded chicken.
