Sooo, as ya'll know I signed up for the 10lb challenge hosted over at Newlyweds on a Budget. And if you've been reading my bloggy blog long enough you also (most likely see) that I need to lose way more than ten pounds, yes?
I "think" I am down 15lbs since I began this new challenge (but this weight loss thang of mine has been ongoing, since...forever (insert Sandlot voice here: 10 points if you get the reference)), though my scale has been wonky since I started tracking again.
I am still following primarily a low carb diet but have realllly started to watch my calories as well. I've joined My Fitness Pal and that seems to have really helped me. Prior to joining, I was watching my cals/carbs but what I like most about MFP is that after I enter all of my info for the day it then tells me, "if you continue like this, you will weigh X lbs in so many weeks", and that is a HUGE motivator for me; and I think it has helped! Are you on there? Come find me: NikkiC1284.
I've been looking at photos between now and then (about 2.5 months) and I do see a difference in photos (read: one less "chin") but I'll let you all be the judge:
