Do you have any idea how much I love this dip? It's easy, flavorful and pretty healthy. You can use guac on so many things! I made this guy for a Superbowl party we went to Sunday, but I also add it to salads sometimes for some kick.
I'm always looking for new ingredients to add to this dip, but the same classic ones are what I always go back to.

Nichole's Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients:
3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 medium onion, diced (I like red onions, but use whatever you like)
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 tablespoon chopped cilantro (I love me some cilantro so feel free to use more!)
1 clove garlic, minced
Prep:
In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and lime juice, toss to coat. Drain, and reserve the lime juice, after all of the avocados have been coated. Using a potato masher add the salt, cumin, and mash. Then, fold in the onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic. Add 1 tablespoon of the reserved lime juice. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve.
~Enjoy~
