What I Ate Wednesday #3

Sometimes, being an adult is annoying. I am so tired of being responsible, working, attempting to eat well, and work out, and all that jazz. But alas, as my mother likes to {occasionally} remind me, I'm not getting any younger. And so, as much as I don't want to be a grown up, here I am prepping my eats for the week. At least when it's done, I get to focus on other things, and you know relax. :)

Breakfast:

Broccoli and Cheese Egg "Muffins", from SkinnyTaste. I added ground turkey to mine, however.

Lunch/Dinner:

I am over brown rice for the moment, and decided to take my seasoned ground chicken, and add to a salad instead of a burrito.

Monday, I met with another awesome couple, whose wedding I am coordinating next spring, at Panera Bread. I could eat there every day. No lie. I made sure to get dinner to go!

Mediterranean Flatbread + French Onion Soup

Whole grain pasta, grilled chicken, broccoli, roasted tomato, and alfredo sauce. So ridiculously good, ya'll.

My latest snack attack. These bars are beyond tasty, and also surprisingly filling.

What are YOU eating?!

    1. I seem to only find that particular Kashi bar AT Target, so I'd have your dad try there. :)

  7. Those muffins and the penne pasta look amazing! I really loving the Special K Raspberry Cheesecake bars for snacks and I recently made skinny taco fajitas - just chicken, peppers, and seasoning in a crockpot, and get low-fat tortillas. Delicious.
