TGIF!! Today, I am enjoying my last free day off for the year. Sadly, it started by forking over fifty-four bucks to the Tax Collecters office to renew my license {Happy Birthay to me, right?} but then I get to treat myself to a mani/pedi before checking in to a cute lil' B&B in St. Peterssburg so that the mister and I can sufficiently enjoy his company's annual Christmas party {and the open bar, but I digress} AND celebrate the end of semester one down for Jason. I am SO glad to have my husband back for the next six weeks!! Like estatic, ya'll.

OH & the trick to the pomegranate is to cute it in half, put a half under cold water that is in a big pot/bowl and take the poms out that way...no blood bath! ;)
