What I Ate Wednesday #4

Because I know you all care so much about what we're eating, I'm sharing my meals with you, again. Really it is to keep myself in check and stalk peruse others for meal ideas. I've been a busy, busy girl and so half of these photos are from Pinterest, which means at least most of the pins are prettier than snaps from my camera phone. Bon Appetit!


I had a few leftover broccoli omelet cups in the freezer. Once we ran out of those, it was time to break out my go to sausage and egg "muffins".


Boneless pork chops were on sale, BOGO this week. And because it's an oldie but a goodie, I made a huge batch of shredded buffalo chicken for salads, and wraps. Last night, my sister and I had an impromptu dinner date at Surf Shack. Almost everything there is delish, but I love their taco salad.


Almond butter + celery = my favorite snack.

  1. You don't mind the consistency of the egg muffins when you reheat them in the microwave? I've been toying with freezing a batch.

  3. Mmmmm celery with PB or AB is soooo good. Takes me back to my childhood :) PS I lived in Tampa for a couple years and loved it! I miss all that sunshine <3

  4. I have never had celery with any nut butter and never would've thought to pair the two! Sounds like I gotta try it now
