C25K

Today is a new day. I'm starting the Couch to 5K training program. I have always wanted to attempt to run. I get bored SO easily when I do get off my ass go to the gym, but this program is only twenty minutes a day, three times a week. I can totally try that; who can't?!

I even ordered this case off Amazon, that holds my phone snugly in place, while I listen to tunes and attempt this program...

It's time for some changes at Casa de Crews. I am so tired of feeling so unhappy with the way I look and always feeling tired and achy for no reason. I'm {almost} twenty nine years old {ugh} and now is the time for me to make the change before I enter the next decade of life.

Wish me luck, I'm sure I will need it!

XOXO,
Nichole

  3. Woohoo!!! You're going to love it and rock at it. ;)
I've done a couple of 5ks at Disney and it's so inspiring! Staff is there to cheer you on, loud music playing, snacks at the finish line, people dress up.. crazy fun.
